3rd July 2010 - A fine time was had by all at the Alvechurch Women's Institute BBQ last Friday evening. The weather held out, the food was scrummy and ACC were in fine voice! Poor Mr G. was still recovering from a fall he had from his bike during the week, but it didn't hold him back! Despite bruises, grazes and scratches he soldiered on to lead the choir. Simon emerged as our brand new soloist giving excellent voice to "Don't You Want Me, Baby?" with the choir happily backing him all the way.

Anyone wanting to come along and join in the fun would be very welcome. Bring a mug with you as we stop at half time for liquid refreshments. Our next scheduled choir practice will be:

Monday 5th July  2010

Time: 7:30 - 9:30pm

at

Alvechurch Middle School

Subs: £2 per person

Anyone of any ability welcome

11 yrs or older
