6th February 2012 - Anyone aged 11 years or over, of any ability is
welcome at choir. Please remember under 16's must be accompanied by a
responsible adult. Our usual venues are Alvechurch Middle School (AMS)
and The Crown Inn (PUB) at Withybed Green. Choir practice and events for

24th December 2011 - As the year draws to a close and we enjoy a short
break we send our good wishes to one and all, and look forward to seeing you in
the New Year. Thank you for a wonderful 2011!
3rd December 2011 -
"24 personal thanks to those of you who came to sing at Birmingham
Cathedral today for Edward's Trust's annual Remembrance Event. You did
extraordinarily well in each and every one of your performances. and
exceptionally well with 'Lean on Me' - it was absolutely the best I have ever
heard you sing.
A very special thank you to Simon Maxted who took the lead with guitar
and guided us through our steps.
Before leaving the Cathedral I
received significant feedback from several staff members and bereaved parents
alike, many of whom said they felt 'uplifted by the choir's singing' and asked
me to pass on their appreciation to you.
I am proud of you all. Thank you again."
